About this house rental
With approximately 100 square meters of living space, the Sünnhus offers plenty of room for a comfortable stay for up to 4 adults and 2 children. It features a furnished south-facing terrace that gets plenty of sun. It truly is a “Sünnhus” (sun house). Modern and lovingly furnished to the owner’s taste, the space is optimally utilized to ensure a wonderful stay. The living and dining area is generously open-concept and offers all the amenities for socializing, relaxing, or enjoying a variety of entertainment. The technical amenities—including a huge TV, Wi-Fi, and streaming capabilities, as well as an Alexa voice assistant for the TV in the living room and some of the lights—ensure plenty of entertainment. There’s no chance of getting bored here.
The dining area, which adjoins the open kitchen (with a dishwasher and a small counter), is somewhat the heart of the Sünnhus. All the kitchenware you’d expect to find in a vacation home is provided. Nothing stands in the way of culinary delights.
The Sünnhus has two bathrooms with showers. A small one on the first floor is directly accessible from the bedrooms and offers comfort and convenience with a towel warmer and a walk-in shower. Another walk-in shower is integrated into the large basement room. A washing machine and dryer are also available here. A sauna is planned for this space in the future. A separate guest restroom is located on the first floor.
The vacation home sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 separate bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed (180x200), and two smaller bedrooms—designed as children’s rooms—each have a single bed (80x200) with a pull-out function (each accommodating 1 additional person). All rooms have a TV and roller shutters, and are additionally equipped with pleated blinds and curtains for privacy and to block out light.
A small tool shed in front of the house offers space for the bikes you bring with you. There is also a charcoal grill here that you are welcome to use.
A private parking space is included. Access to the house is via a separate entrance. Pets are not allowed. The accommodations are, of course, non-smoking.
