The light-filled vacation apartment Gutshaus No. 4 offers approximately 75 m² of living space on the first floor of the manor house, providing ample room for 4 people. The “Gutshaus,” a cultural landmark dating from the second half of the 18th century and built in the half-timbered style, along with this newly created, attractive vacation rental inside it, demonstrate that old and modern harmonize beautifully with contemporary furnishings. Rumor has it that Catherine the Great once stayed here.
The tastefully decorated living area is open-concept and equipped with a cozy couch, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi for entertainment. This way, you can stream your favorite shows or movies even while on vacation. The south-facing windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a direct view of the fishing village of Heiligenhafen from the couch. The south-facing balcony, newly built in May 2024 and boasting a magnificent view, provides a very, very peaceful place to relax all day long.
The vacation rental is particularly well-suited for families or couples, as it features two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed and a cozy wingback chair that invites you to read. The second bedroom has two single beds, offering a quiet retreat and a place to unwind. (Access to the second bedroom is only possible through the first bedroom.) Blackout pleated blinds ensure privacy and a peaceful night’s sleep. From the bedrooms, you can easily reach the spacious, naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower, towel warmer, sink, and toilet. The open and fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the large balcony, is outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven, ensuring all the comforts you need during your stay. Coffee lovers will find not only a classic drip coffee maker but also a Nespresso machine with a milk frother.
The harbor is just 250 m away and features a fish market, restaurants, and small cafés. The Heiligenhafen pier and the white sandy beach are also just a 15-minute walk away. So that you don’t have to sacrifice any comforts while on vacation, you’ll find various shopping options around the market square, located 300 m away, including a bakery, a REWE supermarket, and a large drugstore.
Allergy-friendly bedding, towel sets, a travel crib (without bedding), and a high chair can be rented for a fee if needed. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available in a separate room on the first floor. A bicycle storage room is located next to the underground parking garage. Here, you can lock up your own bicycles, e-bikes, or surfing gear.
An outdoor parking space is only 400 m away. However, you can conveniently load and unload directly in front of the house. Additional parking spaces are available in public parking areas directly outside the complex. Pets are not allowed! This is a non-smoking accommodation!
