This vacation rental is located right in the center of Heiligenhafen, in the manor house of the fishing village of Heiligenhafen. This stylish residential complex in the heart of the historic old town offers exceptional comfort and is conveniently close to the market square, the beach, and the marina.
The new Gutshaus No. 3 vacation rental offers approximately 105 m² of living space on the first floor of the manor house, providing ample room for up to 6 people (5 adults + 1 child). The historic, listed manor house, built in the second half of the 18th century in the half-timbered style, combines historic architecture with modern furnishings. Rumor has it that Catherine the Great once stayed here.
The tastefully decorated living area features an open layout and is equipped with a cozy couch, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi for entertainment. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a direct view of the fishing village of Heiligenhafen from the sofa.
The vacation rental is particularly well-suited for families, as it features three bedrooms. The first bedroom, with a double box-spring bed (180x200), serves as a walk-through room to the second bedroom, which has a single box-spring bed (100x200) and an additional loft bed (100x200). The third bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed (160x200). Allergy-friendly bedding, towel sets, a travel crib (without bedding), and a high chair can be rented for a fee if needed. Opaque pleated blinds ensure darkness and a restful night’s sleep.
The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, towel warmer, sink, and toilet, is conveniently accessible from the bedrooms. A separate room on the first floor is available to all guests of the manor house and offers additional convenience with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The open, fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher and an additional espresso machine, is directly adjacent to the living area. The adjoining dining area is perfect for shared meals and creates a cozy atmosphere.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. An outdoor parking space is located 400 m away, while loading and unloading is possible directly in front of the house. A lockable bicycle storage room next to the underground parking garage offers secure storage for bicycles, e-bikes, or surfing gear.
