This 3-room vacation apartment, approx. 68 m², is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The fine-sand, white beach and your complimentary beach chair (seasonal: May 15–September 15) are just 50 meters away. It’s very close to the bustling Dünenmeile. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is just a 1-minute walk away: bakeries, restaurants, cafés, bars, and upscale shops.
Amenities
This designer vacation apartment features a modern, stylish, and exclusive interior (brand-name furnishings and custom-built cabinetry) that is coordinated down to the last detail. The kitchen, with its light color scheme, is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances. In addition to a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine is also available. A dishwasher, induction cooktop, wine refrigerator, and much more are also part of the excellent amenities. Look forward to this elegant, comfortable apartment. The living room features a 55-inch smart TV for entertainment. The soundbar system can be controlled via Bluetooth using a smartphone or tablet. You can relax and unwind in the inviting living-dining area.
The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a 43-inch smart TV, and a closet. The second bedroom features a high-quality bunk bed (1.20 x 2.00 m), an adjacent built-in closet, a desk crafted with high-quality carpentry, and a 43-inch TV. All rooms can be darkened with exterior roller shutters. The shower room is equipped with a towel warmer and a walk-in shower. A makeup mirror and hair dryer are, of course, provided here.
A table and chairs are provided for you on the west-facing balcony.
