Within a 1-minute walk, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation: bakeries, restaurants, cafés, bars, and upscale retail shops.

This approximately 68 m² designer vacation apartment features a modern, stylish, and exclusive interior design (brand-name manufacturers and custom-built cabinetry) that is coordinated down to the last detail. The kitchen, with its light color scheme, is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances. In addition to a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine is also available. You’ll also find a dishwasher, induction cooktop, wine refrigerator, and much more. Look forward to this elegant, comfortable apartment. The living room is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV and a soundbar system. This can be controlled via Bluetooth using a smartphone or tablet. You can relax and unwind in the living-dining area.
The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a 43-inch smart TV, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom features a high-quality bunk bed (1.20 m x 2.00 m), an adjacent built-in closet, a desk crafted with high-quality carpentry, and a 43-inch TV. All rooms can be darkened with exterior roller shutters. The shower room features a heated towel rack and a walk-in shower. A makeup mirror and a hair dryer are, of course, provided here.
