The vacation apartment is centrally located right on Strandallee in Scharbeutz, where the boardwalk and the beach are right outside your door.
This beautiful 3-room apartment on two levels is located on the 3rd floor and features two balconies, one of which offers a side view of the sea.
The lower level offers a modern living room with a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m), a TV with an HD receiver, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi guest access. Also on this level, you’ll find a modern kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and dining area, as well as a shower/toilet.
The upper level features a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and the second balcony. Across from it is the second, separate bedroom with an attractive double-bed loft accessible via two steps (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a view of the Baltic Sea.
The building has an elevator that takes you comfortably from the first floor to the 3rd floor. A bicycle storage room is available for bicycles, and a free underground parking space (maximum clearance height is 1.80 m) is available for your car during your stay. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the communal basement.
