Hotel is new and clean. Staff were very helpful and supportive. We could see hot air balloons from our room in morning (mountain view rooms at top floor). Location is very close to east bank ferry (5 mins walking)
Breakfast can be improved. It was same breakfast everyday and some items were clearly not fresh. Tours and activities through hotel are ridiculously high priced ( always book directly with operators)

Excellent staff! Attentive to details, positive, ready to help and return with solution! They suggested and helped to organize our program for two days in Luxor. Rooms are spacious and clean, the shower issues everybody is writing about can be easily solved and it doesn’t decrease the pleasure of this place
The road to the hotel looks “special” but it’s not their problem, so don’t be frightened!
