Amazing resort, green area, friendly staff, variety of the food, I highly recommend this resort, one of the best in luxur
There are no preventive actions, they react very well try to solve the problem, but they never stop the problem from repeating again, the problem definitely will happen again, for example, the staff cleaning the room they provide 4 tubes, it could be all shampoo, no conditioner, no shower gel, no body lotion, you have to complain, they will send the same staff very quickly, but he may bring the correct missing tubes or not it seems they can't read what is written, you have to help him or his boss has to come to read and bring what you want, every day the same mistake but maybe all conditioners, and it happens also with the towels, you could get all the towels from one type they do not have check list for what has to be in the room, and no one to check their work
Also the food is very good, a lot of variety, but if something finished, you have to ask then they will know and immediately provide it, but no one to periodically check the food during breakfast and dinner,
Also they ask you about your room number and write it, where as they should have updated list and tick it, so they know which room meals included or not, rather than to run behind the people for payment or signature
As conclusions they have to increase the number of professional qualified staff to control the huge numbers of services staff and teach them to prevent the repeating of the problems, however I am still recommend this hotel and I will come back again

They don’t speak English very well. It’s very difficult to communicate. I feel like people who work in front desk should at least be able to talk good english and not expect every guest to speak or know arabic.

Great pools amazing views of the Nile, great breakfast options. Spacious rooms for a family of four.
It was far from valley of the kings and taxis charged more money to go there. No restaurants around the property as it is an island resort. However there is a daily shuttle in the evenings to go and come back to Luxor town at no cost.
