The bed and bedding was very comfortable, the bath was lovely, dogs were allowed and good location with parking.
The carpet didn’t seem hoovered. Lots of bits on the floor. The room was a very tight squeeze with the extra bed.

Great location as close to shops and lake. The bathroom is very spacious with a nice bath tub and shower. Light breakfast is good.
The room is really small for a group of 3 as there is not much space to walk. Also it is quite disturbing as we can hear the steps of the occupants above our room when they are walking.

Breakfast was as advertised, but paper plates would have worked better than cardboard bowls when eating toast! The electric heater in the room was excellent. Bedding quality was excellent.
The carpeting was loose in places and the chairs were not best quality.

Location was good and free carpark
Rooms are becoming abit shabby and the cleaning of the rooms is questionable. The carpet looked like it had not seen a hoover for weeks and the balcony area was very dirty.
