The location is fab! Short stroll and in amongst the action of Shinjuku. The space was perfect for our family of four. The 7/11 practically next door. The washing machine.

Spacious and clean and well proportioned. The bathroom was dived such that someone could be privately in the toilet and another person be In The shower and everyone had their privacy. It’s well located and a short walk to the centre of Shinjuku and there are multiple 7-11 and family marts close by as well as lots of excellent restaurants. There was so much room and a really nice place for a family to stay or, as we did, a group of friends who will appreciate a bit of personal space. They also kindly provided some Japan to Australian socket adaptors which was so helpful as, unluckily, mine weren’t right for the electrical socket over there. They provided mid stay cleaning and that was very easy to organize. It’s close to the station and so easy to get around. I would highly recommend this place if you would like to stay in Shinjuku.
The entry to the apartment is keypad entry and they give you the PIN code upon check in. It’s unmanned so you auto check in on an iPad which was simple enough. However, the pin pad to the apartment was completely broken and clear that it had been that way for sometime. As in, the property would have known the pin pad wasn’t working before we arrived. However, they didn’t alert us to that fact and when we were checking in at 10pm at night, this was a little disconcerting. The number they had posted to call them in case of problems, for some reason wouldn’t work on our phones, and, finally a seemingly different number I found in the original booking got through to them. This fussing around was a little distressing. When we got through, the staff member was very gracious and there was a lock box with a physical key which we were able to use, but from the point of view of weary travelers, a heads up about the broken pin pad would have been nice. They also did not try to fix the pin pad during our stay. The staff did however email the next day to apologise and follow up re the key situation, so they were very kind.

Very good location, actually very quiet- not easy in shinjuku. Big spacious room, got microwave washing machine, convenient.
No storage place. Our flight is 1720, checkout is 1200. Shinjuku station has lockers but very few large ones. So have to come to airport early.
