This was an amazing place to stay! It was a huge apartment instead of a small hotel room. Four of us stayed here instead of a hotel so we could visit more with each other, which is hard in a hotel. We also wanted a washer/dryer combo so we didn’t have to pack as many clothes for our 2-week trip. The amenities were top notch and the directions on how to use everything were provided in English, which is much appreciated. The check-in and check-out process were made very clear, Ohchu was easy to communicate with (using Google Translate). The location was great, very close to both Tochomae and Shinjuku stations. It’s next door to the Shinjuku Washington hotel where there are restaurants and convenience stores, so everything was so close. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic. Everything was absolutely excellent. Big, clean, stylish, spacious, relaxing, great facilities. Excellent staff communication.
Used the Washington Hotel to get taxis and Airport limousine. Underground metro entrance a few metres away from front door when it was pouring rain during a typhoon. Walked to the Park Hyatt for a drink.
No bath, just shower.
