Loved it here - easy access to the subway and core. Great amenities provided and the terrace plus beverage bar so good!

The room was great. The beds were super comfortable. The room was quiet and we slept so well. The location was wonderful to walk to subway or other local attractions. A Family Mart was across the road. The rooftop lounge had a great view.

Loved the location! Supermarkets close by, short walk to dinners and not far from Shinjuku station. There was some adult bars nearby which I only heard once or twice during our stay. Loved how many amenities were provided to take. The kids loved getting the bath salts and slippers. There was a little self serve station of tea and coffee and a nice seating area outside with a beautiful fire at night time. Easy to use luggage forwarding from here too and having a washing machine was great!
The only thing was the beds were SO hard. The pillows were also not very comfortable. Reading reviews of other hotels, it seems harder bedding is quite standard across Japan. We’ve stayed at 2 other hotels since staying here, one being Tokyo Disneyland and even those beds were still hard.
