Great spacious room.
Breakfast was very limited for a high end hotel. It was mainly bacon, scrambled eggs, a couple of tiny danish’s and cereal.

Perfect location with both commuter tram and more tourist orientated City Circle tram right outside the door. Great view of the city lights with floor to ceiling windows.
Absolutely no negatives. This is an eight month old hotel so everything was pristine, it is a shame that Google Earth only shows it as a confusing hole in the ground.

Cleanliness
I tried calling the receptionist four times at different times throughout the day, but no one answered. I needed information about the parking options and flexibility available so I could plan my visit properly.
Because I couldn't get through to anyone, I had to leave my car at the station, which was not my preferred option. When I arrived at the property and asked why no one had answered my calls, I was simply told that everyone was busy.
In my opinion, this is not an acceptable level of customer service. It gave me the impression that customer concerns were not a priority. The lack of communication caused unnecessary inconvenience and forced me to change my plans.
What disappointed me most was that no one offered even a simple apology. A sincere apology would have made a significant difference, but unfortunately it felt as though no one really cared about the inconvenience caused.
