We do not recommend this apartment at all, and we would not stay here again.
A very disappointing experience, with several important issues that were not clearly disclosed
Unfortunately, our stay at the apartment was very disappointing.
The first and most frustrating issue started before we even arrived. When we booked the apartment, there was no clear information stating that arriving outside the check-in hours would require an additional £100 fee. We only found out about this charge after the booking had already been made. Since our flight schedule made it impossible for us to arrive during the stated check-in hours, we had no practical alternative. We asked to cancel the reservation after discovering the additional charge, but we were not allowed to do so without paying the full cancellation cost. We therefore felt that we had no choice but to pay the additional £100. In our opinion, such an important condition should have been clearly disclosed before the booking was made.
Unfortunately, the problems continued after we arrived.
The apartment was not clean. There were visible footprints and dirt throughout the apartment, and the furniture was old and dusty. The dining table was so dirty that it could not be used without cleaning it ourselves first.
Another significant issue was the lock on the apartment door. The key repeatedly got stuck in the lock, making it difficult and stressful to enter the apartment. Every time we returned to the apartment, we had to deal with the key getting stuck again and worry that we might not be able to open the door. Instead of being able to return to the apartment without any concern, every entry became a source of stress and frustration. This was particularly concerning because the lock is a basic facility that should function properly.
The listing stated that there was a washing machine, and we relied on this information when choosing and booking the apartment. Having a washing machine was an important factor in our decision, especially since we were staying for several days.

Convenient location. Ok for London.
The location is fantastic. Near supermarkets, train stations etc. The bedroom is lovely and the beds comfortable. The lift up to the apartment is convenient for luggage.
Some areas were not very clean and the kitchen was hard to work with. The hot plate digital numbers didn’t work so it was hard to cook. And the couch isn’t very comfortable. And certain things didn’t work, like lights etc.

The location is fantastic. Near supermarkets, train stations etc. The bedroom is lovely and the beds comfortable. The lift up to the apartment is convenient for luggage.
Some areas were not very clean and the kitchen was hard to work with. The hot plate digital numbers didn’t work so it was hard to cook. And the couch isn’t very comfortable. And certain things didn’t work, like lights etc.
