The location of the property is not safe for a family with young children. The entrance was surrounded by several men right at the gates who were there from evening all through the night. Very loud noise from the ground floor throughout the night. Smelly pavement. Insight the property the corridor was full of laundry and smelled. The apartment had broken cabinets, dirty walls and bathroom and very dirty sofa. I checked in very late and couldn’t move to another place otherwise won’t have stayed there. Very poor posting. Avoid the place. Happy to share pictures.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. The check-in process got off to a poor start. We were asked to call 20 minutes before arriving so someone could meet us with the keys, which we did. Despite following these instructions, we were left waiting outside the property for around 20 minutes before anyone arrived. Once inside, it was clear the apartment wasn’t being maintained or cleaned to an acceptable standard. The dining chairs were in an awful condition, with the faux leather peeling away extensively. The sofa had visible stains and marks, and the sofa bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The cleanliness was also disappointing. We found hair in the beds, there were no mattress protectors on any of the mattresses, and there was rubbish left on the floor around one of the beds. These are basic housekeeping standards that should be expected. To make matters worse, one of the shower screens was broken, making that shower unusable, which was a significant inconvenience for our group of six. The end of our stay was also frustrating. The cleaner knocked on the door around 20 minutes before our 11:00 am checkout, making us feel pressured to leave before the advertised checkout time. We were still getting ready, and it was an unnecessary interruption. Overall, the apartment looked far better in the listing than it did in reality.
