Worst stay ever would not recommend

Absolutely disgusting didn’t like anything

Headboard in the second room was filthy , toilet wasn’t clean shower and bath had dirt and grime around it sofa had stains on it beds were very uncomfortable and stains on the headboard tv didn’t work dirt everywhere

SHOCKINGLY BAD!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Close to the underground and CitiCarPark. Unfortunately, nothing else to like.

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this one was shocking! As soon as we walked in to the flat, we were welcomed by an unpleasant stench, and soon were to discover that generally - the place was in a disgusting state. Kitchen sink horrible, bath the same, Rubbish lying around, old leftovers from previous tenants, including the old drink cup with mould built on it already. The sheets were looking changed and the towels seemed clean, but the state of the bathroom was not inviting to use it (politely putting it). The sofa and bed sides were all stained basically not encouraging to sit on them or lean against and only had one old computer chair and tiny desk for 5 people to use. Generally, We ended up making a hard decision to cut our trip short and drive home that night, losing the next day as I would not allow my family to stay in these horrendous conditions. We paid £170 for 1 night on 8th Nov 2025. When contacted the property asking to cancel as the standards are unacceptable - we were told that the room was cleaned that day to 'good standard' and refused the cancellation. I'll let you check the photos and decide for yourself if that is the standard you deem anywhere close to good but we wouldn't stay there regardless of the refund decision, it was that bad. We have plenty more photos like this, bu can only post up to 4. We are using Booking.com all the time for trips all around the world, but this was the first that bad, and properties like this should never be allowed to exist on this platform. Avoid at all cost, save yourself the trouble.
