Yet the beach can be reached quickly by taking the public stone staircase just to the south of the house next door.
This home uniquely views Cape Lookout, the entrance to Netarts Bay to the south and Storm Rock of the National Wildlife Refuge to the northwest. Enjoy the warm floors of radiant heat on cold winter days while enjoying your morning coffee or storm watching from the cozy comfort of the master bedroom. This house has all of the comforts of home you would expect like modern appliances, a flatscreen TV with a DVD player, and more!

Beautiful place….However there is no driveway to park. There is a small shoulder to pull over and park by front door.Compact SUV or car better than full size sedan.The view and home quality is terrific

Excellent place to stay in Oceanside! Views were incredible! Write down the check in instructions before you get there because there's no cell service to pull it up at the door. The balcony was amazing and we had a great time.

This is a wonderful place! The home is attractive and up to date. And a first for me is that there was even a crock pot, which I was happy to be able to use! We loved the view, and spent long hours taking it in. Unfortunately we had some minor repair issues which they were unable to resolve during our stay, but the team there was very kind and responsive on the app. We have never experienced a master bed and bathroom that is one room, so using the master bathroom was without any privacy. There was a second full bath in the lower level, though not convenient for use during the night. We would come here again. It was a great spot!

Enjoyed the house and views with husband and young adult son. No complaints there. We paid for a place for the 3 min walk to the beach (and little town)… However, path/stairs down to the beach had barriers and ‘do not enter’ signs at top and bottom for our entire stay, There was painting/staining being done to a house , a residential property, two doors down.We were not notified of this situation prior to our stay. When I finally reached out to the property management to see what they could do, they were completely unaware. Unfortunately, they did not take any accountability that they advertise this access in description of property, yet we had no access. They said we would have to take it up with the city and even lied saying it was a city project (it was a private painting job to a house with signs saying so). I am supposed to call the city on my vacation for a house I am paying to rent !? Wow, that’s a new low. I have stayed in many, many places around the world, have my own rentals and never had this kind of issue or reply like that. Just awful. Perhaps they should better manage what’s going on with the house, property, neighbors and access, and how it may affect people staying there for a much needed vacation, and let them know ahead of time . It almost felt like I was communicatingwith a robot who was spitting out bs. They did nothing to take responsibility or compensate us for the inconvenience . So we did not get all that what we paid for.
