I didn't like the trash aspect of it, and the outdoor furniture needs replacing.

The house has perfect views of the ocean. It’s a cute, comfortable house with everything you need. It takes 5 minutes to walk down to the beach. You can lay in bed and look at the ocean and leave the windows cracked and listen to the waves while you sleep.

The view is absolutely amazing! Walking distance to 2 good restaurants, but be cognizant of hours - they close early.
Comfortable furniture, nice kitchen, gas-fired stove heated up the space nicely.
Very bright in the main bedroom far too early; would suggest blackout shades for the bedroom facing the beach.

Location was excellent
The cottage was worn out, furniture broken and dirty, dishes and silverware dirty.
