A great location With an established business with new business owner you would expect a few teething issues so totally understand that things don't run as smoothly as you would like. New staff, new procedures etc.
We had the rose room which is the premium room. On arrival we opened the windows and were then inundated with spiders. 2 plastic cups for drinking provided, no other glasses. No hair dryer. We were asked on checkin would we like a daily room service to which we replied yes a light service. Did not see anyone for 3 days, no bins emptied, no tea refills, not anything. Over charged on a couple of items which was not unusual when you sat and watched other clients questioning their bills.I did send the owner this feedback privately in the hope that he would take these comments on board without publishing my thoughts, but not even a courtesy reply. We stayed here about 6 years ago and the ambience is gone and we were so disappointed with this stay. We will not be back.
