We stayed here in August after being scammed by an Airbnb host, and the staff at City Sun Cairo Hotel made us feel so welcome. Everyone was lovely and helpful, from assisting us with our suitcases to our room to helping us get into taxis. The room was clean, and the location was great for getting around Cairo. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality, especially after the stressful experience we had with our Airbnb.

It was centrally located from all attractions, breakfast was good, also a lot of food options around, woeking ac and very kind and helpful staff. The staffs made the hotel very welcoming and made this hotel top rated in my opinion.
A lot of street noise until 3-4am at night. Some shops play loud music way past 2am. The lower floors are supposed to have double pane windows but that didn’t help much. Had trouble sleeping. Not the property’s fault. Otherwise very happy with our stay.
