We booked this hotel very last minute when let down by our previous hotel and they were fantastic! They catered well to my Gluten Free requirements which can be difficult in Cairo and the staff were so wonderful and attentive.
I would stop at this hotel again without a doubt. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience and really made our stay in Cairo so much easier

The Steinenberger was a wonderful hotel to stay in while visiting Cairo. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious and comfort and the breakfast buffet was the best! The location was very centrally located and within walking distance of the old Cairo museum which should not be missed. They even held my excess luggage while I was on a tour of Aswan and a Nile Cruise. I highly recommend this hotel.

So impressed with this hotel. Great location. Great size, not too big. You feel known and cared for. Super breakfast. Staff very helpful to navigate Cairo, negotiate with cabs, etc.

Loved the quality of this hotel, centrally located in downtown Cairo. The staff went above & beyond to take care of every request promptly and with graciousness. We did have some issues with the wifi not working in our room except in the bathroom. We brought this to their attention 3 or 4 times but nothing made a difference.
