I absolutely loved my stay at Lancaster Nguyen Trai. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, making it very convenient to explore the city’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.
I stayed in a Studio Room, which was spacious, modern, and very clean. Everything felt brand new, and the room was comfortable with all the amenities I needed.
The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Enjoying breakfast while taking in the beautiful city view was a wonderful way to start each day.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend Lancaster Nguyen Trai and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

The property is on a soft opening so we knew not everything was open like the rooftop pool and bar. Awesome main pool and general spaces. Big clean rooms but no soft furnishings at all so they feel very sparse and bare. An easy stroll or grab to central areas.

This building is very new! The breakfast is the best, it has many types of dishes to try with a great view of the city and the pool. The staff are really nice and would definitely help with whatever you need to assist. It has a koi pond next to a pool which I think is really cool. Some problems I have is there's ants on the dining table, weak flush for the toilet, and poor wifi connection.
