Excellent hotel with amazing staff. Especially Tai, who helped me resolving my logistics issues business wise.
Bed was super comfy, shower really good. Breakfast amazing. Will definitely come back.
Rooftop bar not finished which is a shame.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went completely out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. They were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and highly responsive.
During our stay, we encountered a minor issue one evening. I was amazed by how quickly and efficiently it was handled; the next morning, Ms. Nguyen To Uyen, the Senior Guest Service Officer, personally came to speak with us and provided additonal on the spot support . This level of care and leadership is rare and highly commendable.Beyond the stellar service, the amenities are top-notch. The breakfast buffet offers an exceptional variety of delicious options, and the level 6 infinity pool features breathtaking views of the city skyline. On my first trip, I stayed in a spacious two-bedroom apartment, and for this visit, I was stayed in an even more specious three-bedroom apartment—both layouts were excellent. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Ho Chi Minh City and will be back for sure !
Nothing at all—everything was perfect and we will definitely be back!

Luxurious and spacious room.
Great location.
Amazing buffet breakfast

The hotel has a great location, and the breakfast was excellent with a very good selection. The staff—Xuan, Uyen, Nhi, and Trung—were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it could use a few more amenities and essentials to make guests feel more comfortable.
The room was spacious, and the location was great, but the furniture and amenities didn't meet five-star standards. The room lacked basic items like a telephone and a luggage stand, and although there was a kitchen, no utensils or plates were provided unless you paid extra. I believe the hotel needs to upgrade the room furniture and provide better in-room amenities to truly meet five-star expectations.
