Like staying with your mum(s) plural. The ladies there are lovely. For what it costs it's perfect. Nice quiet street close enough too the busy area, but far enough away to be quiet.
Nice breakfast, however no milk or sugar, so I used honey.
They do an amazing job at washing clothes for cheap. And a free beer in the afternoon is great.
Would recommend
Ps air-conditioning and WiFi excellent
Don't go out and cone back really late, I got back after 1:30am once and was locked out. Had to wake the lady up to let me in as its a shutter with no door
Felt like a guilty kid the following day but they were super cool about it.

Location is superb
Hostess is ever smiling and helpful
In room facilities are superb a big electric kettle, a fridge, a electronic safe deposit box, many sockets for charging things, big mirror, good attached bathroom with free toiletries etc
The breakfast was also excellent, items cooked as per order and many other items. I strongly recommend this property. It is a good value for money with excellent facilities
No elevator
