Location excellent. Staff very friendly.
Nothing to add

Great location
Staff member called us after our departure and accused myself and my sisters of stealing item from the property and proceeded to call us liars on the phone and threatening us
She eventually found the item and did not have the curtesy to call just text to say she found it
It absolutely ruined our yearly trip to Galway and when I did make contact to voice the lack of decency of texting after an absolutely horrible call she completely dismissed me saying she was working and she had already apologised in the text
Absolutely horrible behaviour and person

So clean and comfortable, perfect location in the most lively part of town. Delighted to be provided with a kettle for a nice cuppa 😁 and staff were very kind, helpful and patient with us

Excellent location, functional room, tea and coffee facilities and comfy bed
No staff or reception just a code entry which was fine however feels a bit souless
Stairs to property are dark and tricky for those with mobility issues. Room was small and ensuite is small but does the job
Room door is rather flimsy and lacks a level of security
