Bathroom was excellent. Bed was comfortable.
Parking discount did not apply because I had an Easypass parking account, which billed my account automatically - I had to pay full rate. A big minus!
Corridors were confusing. Paintwork could be refreshed. My room smelled musty until I left the window open for a couple of hours; OK after that.
The big surprise was a rather nice residents lounge that was hidden away and was unoccupied whenever I found my way to it. You should promote it more to guests when they arrive.

The staff, on checkin the receptionist changed our room to one that was brighter with 2 windows, on checkout I asked could we stay on longer than the 11.00 checkout and again the receptionist was very obliging and arranged a later checkout
