Room 4 Formarinsee is a double room with a king-size bed, closet, TV, seating area, and balcony. The private bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. Bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi are included. The shared kitchen, as well as the living and dining areas, are available for your use. After skiing, you can leave your skis and boots in the ski room, which has a boot dryer; on warm days, the balcony offers a quiet place to relax.
Haus St. Martin is a small guesthouse with six rooms that can accommodate up to ten people in total. Rooms 3 and 4 each have their own bathroom. Rooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom; rooms 5 and 6 share another bathroom. All guests have access to the shared kitchen, the living and dining area, and the terrace. Wi-Fi and parking at the house are included. In winter, the ski bus is about a two- to three-minute walk away. Skis and boots can be stored in the ski room, which is equipped with a boot dryer. In summer, the guesthouse is a quiet starting point for hikes and bike rides in the Klostertal region. Andrea & Zbyny are happy to help if you have any questions.
On-site fees: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-in is very flexible; we use lockers, and each guest receives a code before arrival to pick up the keys, so you don’t have to worry if you arrive late! Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parties are not allowed; please be considerate of other guests and keep the noise down after 10:00 PM. Pets are accepted under certain conditions, and additional fees apply.
