About this apartment rental
Room 2 is our spacious family room with two separate rooms. The bedroom features a 220 × 180 cm double bed; in the second room, the sleeper sofa can accommodate one or two additional guests. The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, sink, and toilet, is shared exclusively with Room 1. Bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi are included. The shared kitchen, as well as the living and dining areas, are available for your use. The ski storage room and boot dryer are convenient in winter, while the terrace is a great place to relax in summer.
Haus St. Martin is a small guesthouse with six rooms that can accommodate up to ten people in total. Rooms 3 and 4 each have their own bathroom. Rooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom; rooms 5 and 6 share another bathroom. All guests have access to the shared kitchen, the living and dining areas, and the terrace. Wi-Fi and parking spaces at the house are included. In winter, the ski bus is about a two- to three-minute walk away. Skis and boots can be stored in the ski room, which is equipped with a boot dryer. In summer, the house serves as a quiet starting point for hikes and bike tours in the Klostertal region. On-site fees: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-in is very flexible; we use lockers, and each guest receives a code before arrival to pick up the keys, so you don’t have to worry if you arrive late! Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parties are not allowed; please respect other guests and keep the noise down after 10:00 PM. Pets are accepted under certain conditions, and additional fees apply.
