Room 5 Verwallsee is a double room with a king-size bed, closet, TV, seating area, and balcony. The bathroom, which includes a shower, sink, and toilet, is located down the hall and is shared exclusively with Room 6. Bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi are included. The shared kitchen, as well as the living and dining areas, are available for your use. In winter, there is a ski room with a boot dryer; in summer, you can wind down the day on the balcony or terrace.
Haus St. Martin is a small guesthouse with six rooms that can accommodate up to ten people in total. Rooms 3 and 4 each have their own bathroom. Rooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom; rooms 5 and 6 share another bathroom. All guests have access to the shared kitchen, the living and dining area, and the terrace. Wi-Fi and parking at the house are included. In winter, the ski bus is about a two- to three-minute walk away. Skis and boots can be stored in the ski room, which is equipped with a boot dryer. In summer, the guesthouse serves as a quiet starting point for hikes and bike rides in the Klostertal region. Andrea & Zbyny are happy to help if you have any questions.
On-site costs: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-in is very flexible; we use lockers, and each guest receives a code before arrival to pick up the keys, so you don’t have to worry if you arrive late! Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Parties are not allowed; please be considerate of other guests and keep the noise down after 10:00 p.m. Pets are accepted under certain conditions, and additional fees apply.
