I rated a 4 because you couldn’t get a better location. The beach is directly behind the condo, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, and if you had any questions the front desk was quick to respond.
The cons: T he strong musty smelll in the condo, there are water stains on the couch, my son tired to sleep on the pull out sofabed and said there was a metal bar sticking in his back. We had some trouble with the toilet, We weren’t given enough towels for 4 nights, and the laundry they mention on site is pay only and takes quarters, we couldn’t find any change machine anywhere!? There were definitely several improvements that could be made.

Was decent minus the “cleaning” that was done before arrival. Cleaning staff did not mop floors, our feet were dirty 5 minutes into taking our shoes off. Crumbs left on couch cushions, food left under couch for us to clean up.
