We chose to buy this condo because of 3 things

3. Low density condominium - NOT CROWDED
We just refreshed everything! New - sheets, linens, cookware, patio furniture, appliances, decor, Smart TVs, High speed wifi upgrade (300+ MBPS)

> Fully equipped with cookware, dining wear, dual brew coffee maker, ice maker and small appliances.
> Large peninsula bar area for 4+

We had a great stay overall! The view was beautiful, the location was excellent, and the beach access was very convenient. The host and staff were friendly, responsive, and provided great communication throughout our stay, which was greatly appreciated.The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating for everyone in our group, making the condo feel spacious and accommodating.There are a few areas that could use some extra attention. The condition of the front door was concerning and gave a less-than-ideal first impression regarding cleanliness. We also noticed dust buildup around the air vents, and the floors could use a deeper scrub, as our feet became noticeably dirty from walking around barefoot. Additionally, there was no toaster available, and some of the shower fixtures appeared to need proper installation or maintenance.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. The fantastic view, convenient beach access, excellent location, and attentive staff made for a wonderful vacation. With a little extra TLC in the cleaning and maintenance areas, this property could easily be a 5-star experience.

This property had a great view of the ocean with easy access to parking, the pool and the beach. The layout of the condo worked well, it just wasn’t clean. We had to wear our shoes because the bottom of our feet would turn black when walking in the condo. The floors were dirty and the bed sheets had not been changed in at least one bedroom. The bathrooms were in okay condition. The ceiling in master closet was peeling and leaving a mess on my clothes hanging in there and my suitcases I had stored. I tried to sweep up the mess but the broom was in poor condition. There was also clothing left over from a previous guest under the master bed. Communication with the owner was poor and they were unresponsive. They did answer the phone when our A/C went out the last night but we had to sleep without air due to HVAC not being able to get here until today. The owner communicated that this morning. They left us 2 trash bags and no laundry packet (we should have had at least 1) then expected to have all towels laundered when we left. Overall, great location and amenities. The condo just needs a good cleaning!
