The newly built Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie apartment complex, completed in 2018, is located in a quiet beachfront setting, right on the Ahlbeck Promenade. With beach access right outside the door and the surrounding greenery of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. Guests staying in the apartments at the rear can enjoy even more sunshine. The beach is particularly wide and beautiful along this stretch. A short distance from the pier and Ahlbeck’s main beach, you can swim and relax here in peace. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. A wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and bars in the seaside resort await guests. The three imperial spas offer an eventful summer of art and culture, as well as a variety of events even outside the peak season. The “Baltic Hills” golf course is about a 10-minute drive away.
A special highlight is offered during the off-season (September 15 – June 15): A small wellness area with two sauna rooms (Finnish and bio sauna), including showers and a relaxation room, is available to guests free of charge. The saunas can be used daily from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
This high-quality 2-room apartment measures 59 square meters and is located on the first floor. It accommodates up to 4 people for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea right by the water. The lovingly furnished living room features a cozy sofa bed (sleeping area 160 x 200), a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The dining area and kitchenette—including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc.—are also open-concept and integrated into the living room. On the covered terrace facing the sea, you can enjoy breakfast outdoors while taking in the view of the promenade. Although the dune blocks your view of the Baltic Sea, it doesn’t block out the sound of the waves. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The spacious, modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink/toilet.
A parking space is available in the building’s underground garage. (Please note: double parking space—max. car height 1.90 m, max. car length 5.20 m, max. car width 2.20 m, max. load capacity 2.6 t).
