The newly built Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie apartment complex, completed in 2018, is located in a quiet beachfront setting, right on the Ahlbeck Promenade. With beach access right outside the door and the surrounding greenery of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. Guests in the apartments at the back can enjoy even more sunshine. The beach is particularly wide and beautiful along this stretch. A short distance from the pier and Ahlbeck’s main beach, you can swim and relax in peace here. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. A wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and bars in the seaside resort await guests. The three imperial spas offer an eventful summer of art and culture, as well as a diverse range of events even outside the peak season. The “Baltic Hills” golf course is about a 10-minute drive away.
A special highlight is offered during the off-season (September 15 – June 15): A small wellness area with two saunas (Finnish and bio sauna), including showers and a relaxation room, is available to guests free of charge in the building. The saunas can be used daily from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
This modern, lovingly furnished 2-room apartment with 51 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of the Strandresidenz, which was newly built in 2018. The covered balcony facing the promenade entices you to enjoy breakfast outdoors with its stunning view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is individually and comfortably furnished and can accommodate 2–4 people for a relaxing vacation right by the sea. The open-concept living area features a cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed (mattress 160 x 200), an armchair, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette—including an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.—and the dining area are open and integrated into the living space. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), a large closet, and an additional flat-screen TV. From both rooms, you can enjoy a direct view of the lake. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The spacious, modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink/toilet.
