About this apartment rental
The newly built Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie apartment complex, completed in 2018, is located in a quiet beachfront setting, right on the Ahlbeck Promenade. With beach access right outside the door and the surrounding greenery of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. Guests staying in the apartments at the back can enjoy even more sunshine. The beach is particularly wide and beautiful in this section. A short distance from the pier and Ahlbeck’s main beach, you can swim and relax in peace here. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. A wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and bars in the seaside resort await guests. The three imperial spas offer an eventful summer of art and culture, as well as a diverse range of events even outside the peak season. The “Baltic Hills” golf course is about a 10-minute drive away.
A special highlight is offered during the off-season (September 15 – June 15): Guests have free access to a small wellness area in the building, featuring two sauna rooms (Finnish and bio sauna), including showers and a relaxation room. The saunas can be used daily from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
This modern 2-room apartment with 55 m² of living space is located on the first floor of the Strandresidenz. The covered, east-facing terrace invites guests to enjoy breakfast outdoors. From here, you can enjoy the view of the promenade, and near the beach access, you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is individually and comfortably furnished and accommodates 2–4 people for a relaxing vacation by the sea. The open-concept living area features a cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed (mattress 160 x 200), an armchair, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette—including an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.—as well as the dining area are also open-concept and integrated into the living space. The spacious bedroom (with an additional TV) is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a large closet. The terrace is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The spacious, modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with a real glass partition and a sink/toilet.
