About this apartment rental
All of the apartments at Villa Jasmin feature a balcony and either a terrace or a loggia. Children will enjoy the small playground on the property. It’s only about 100 meters to the wide, fine-sand beach in Heringsdorf, where you can rent a beach chair and enjoy a wonderful swim. In just a few minutes on foot, you’ll reach the lively town center with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. From here, you can easily reach the Heringsdorf pier. At 508 m, it is the longest pier in Germany. The town center is also home to the popular concert shell and the world’s largest beach chair! A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee. At Villa Jasmin, you can use a bike storage room as well as a washer and dryer for a fee.
To access the property, you’ll receive a remote control for the gate upon arrival; a deposit is required for this. Please have €50 in cash ready for this—thank you very much!
This 2-room apartment, furnished with Italian-style furniture, measures 53 m² and is located on the first floor. The apartment is comfortably furnished and can accommodate 2–3 people for a relaxing vacation. The open-concept living area features a cozy sitting area with a sofa, armchair, and TV. The kitchenette—including an oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.—and the dining area are open and integrated into the living space. From the living room, you can also step out onto the west-facing balcony, where you can wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine. From here, you can also catch a partial view of the sea. Additionally, a terrace opening onto the garden is available for your use. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower featuring a clear glass partition and a double sink/toilet. A guest restroom is also available for guests. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.
You’ll find a washer and dryer in the basement.
