All apartments at Villa Jasmin feature a balcony and either a terrace or a loggia. Children will enjoy the small playground on the property. It’s only about 100 meters to the wide, fine-sand beach in Heringsdorf, where you can rent a beach chair and enjoy a wonderful swim. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the lively town center with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. From here, you can easily reach the Heringsdorf pier. At 508 meters, it is the longest pier in Germany. The town center is also home to the popular concert shell and the world’s largest beach chair! A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are located in the basement. At Villa Jasmin, you can use a bike storage room as well as a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
To access the property, you’ll receive a remote control for the gate upon arrival; a deposit is required for this. Please have €50 in cash ready for this—thank you very much!
This two-room apartment, with 53 square meters of living space, offers comfortable accommodations for 2–3 people during their stay on the island. The spacious living area features a cozy sitting area with a pull-out sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, etc.—is open to the living area. The spacious, open loggia houses the dining area. You’ll enjoy lingering here a little longer after meals. You can also catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea from here. The bedroom features a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The bathroom features a shower with a real glass enclosure, as well as a bathtub and double sinks with a toilet. A southeast-facing balcony entices guests to enjoy breakfast outdoors. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. Pets are welcome in this apartment.
