It was close to Cole’s which is handy and nice room to stay in!

Location was great, atmosphere was happy. The bed was soo comfortable and I had the best sleep. Toiletries were provided, as we're tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Very handy having the restaurant downstairs, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Shower was a bit odd. Too high up for me and sprayed everywhere. Did the job though.

Queen room was very cute in layout, complimentary coffee and cereal was great.
Bed was very comfy.
It felt like the room hadn't been properly cleaned in months, had dust built up on the window sills, there were stains on the toilet floor and in all bathroom cupboards. The iron had brown rust spots on it and when I tried to turn it on clean it the iron started bubbling hot water and leaving marks on the iron plate. The bath towels smelt funky as.
