I liked what was in the rooms. Very tidy and comfortable
I didn't like how late i had to stay up because the walls are very thin. People next door were on a phone call talking until 11 pm. People were stomping around and i could just hear everything, even the game being played on someone's phone outside my room in the shared area. I was very confused about where to park. I think a diagram showing where to park would have been very helpful.
Not great for large vehicles. I had a Toyota hilux and had a lot of trouble parking, especially next to the very busy road.

Basic, budget accommodation. Good price but wasn't aware it was shared living...toilet/bathroom/kitchen... for the 3 in my family. Greeted by lovely owner Paul on arrival. Great communication with booking. Well stocked shared kitchen area. Parking place available. Towels in room.
I only put did not meet expectations as I imagined/hoped it was a private unit plus price was with my Genius discount - so therefore too much $$ otherwise, compared to other apartments near to Scarborough
TV not working. Shared bathroom meant it wasn't particularly clean...but adequate.
