The hotel was in a great position. Easy walk into town and also nearby a number of bus routes. Public transport to the airport from there was very easy. Reasonably priced breakfast that was really good. It was also in walking distance to HBF Park which is where the Rugby League Work Cup were hosting games.
They had "ambient" music playing in the corridor that you could clearly hear when you were in the room which was quite annoying, when just trying to chill out and read. And my room didn't have a window.

Customer service and breakfast
Nothing disliking- everything’s was good

The welcoming lobby, friendly helpful staff, in-house cafe, location & proximity to restaurants, public transport.
The lack of a window & initially a non-functional sky light.
