My name is Munky, the vacation home at
!

I’m available to accommodate 6
people (+ 1 baby) on Rügen, on the Baltic Sea coast. My builders
put a lot of effort into me—they’ve already built another
vacation home on Rügen in Glowe, called Toddy. If you take a look at the photos below
of me, you’ll quickly see: These are people who know how to do things with style
. I don’t want to toot my own horn, but I’ve turned out pretty nice.

Munky—What do I have to offer?


With about 98 m² of space, I have a spacious living/
dining area, a high-quality kitchen with everything your heart desires, a
sauna and bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in shower, an utility room
with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron—and of course, I also have a
clothes drying rack and a small workspace under the stairs. Everything is
set up to accommodate at least 6 people. From a raclette machine to a fondue set,
a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, as well as red wine, white wine, sparkling wine, and
beer glasses—nothing is missing. The dishwasher takes care of the cleanup.
My builders have also already browsed through galleries and art shops and
have purchased some truly beautiful pieces. Let’s see if you like them, too.

A few words about the technology: Throughout the entire house
there’s underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, digital cable TV, a DVD player, radio, and CD player, and
hopefully enough outlets to charge your cell phone. I also think it’s great
that I have a wood-burning stove and a
sauna for the cooler months. After an autumn or winter walk on the beach, this is exactly what you need:
. I think the staircase to the upper floor is really stylish, and it’s also practical
that there’s a stair gate.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom 1
has a double bed measuring 180x200 cm, a second TV—so there’s no arguing over
the sports show while on vacation!—and a walk-in closet. You can see this clearly in the
floor plan. Bedroom 2 has a 160x200 cm double bed
and Bedroom 3 has two 90x200 cm single beds. Of course,
I also have a travel crib for the little ones and a
high chair. By the way, I want children to feel especially at home here.
That’s why I have a selection of toys and books for you, as well as
a handcart and beach toys. Oh, and upstairs there’s also the
large bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and double sink.

My patio has been reoriented so that the
southern and southwestern exposure is optimal. Garden chairs and a table,
a patio umbrella, and a grill are already ready for use. And don’t even get me started on the beautiful
extra-wide beach chair—so chic. The garden and the entire property
are available for my guests to enjoy. Parked in the garden shed are the handcart
and two so-called “baker’s bikes,” so you don’t have to walk
to get your morning rolls.
By the way, two cars can also park on the property

Of course, you don’t always have to cook for yourselves. There are some really good restaurants and bars (steakhouse, pizzeria, tapas bar, etc.) right nearby that you can reach on foot. The fish market at Breege Harbor is also worth a visit!
