First floor: Look forward to a spacious living-dining area with a fireplace and heated floors, a cozy sofa arrangement, TV/satellite, radio/CD, and Internet/Wi-Fi.
The open, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table seats 6 people and is perfect for cozy evenings spent cooking together.
4-burner stove (ceramic cooktop), oven, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, and various small appliances.
Utility room with a washing machine (free of charge) and various cleaning supplies and appliances.
Spacious bathroom with a walk-in, ground-level shower, toilet, and an infrared sauna—so you can fully enjoy your vacation even on cooler days.
Upper floor: features 3 separate, cozy, and tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a nightstand.

The fenced-in property, measuring approximately 610 square meters, features a lawn for sunbathing and a terrace—perfect for relaxing. A washing machine is available for your use free of charge. Books for adults and children, as well as various board games, are also provided. For the little ones, there’s a spacious playground just a short walk away (about 100 meters) that offers plenty of fun and adventure. The living and dining areas feature underfloor heating and a fireplace. The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
The “Fischerkoje” vacation home is a smoke-free property. Two parking spaces are located directly at the property. Shopping, bakeries, restaurants, and a liquor store are all located nearby. Excellent biking and hiking opportunities to explore the beautiful island round out the experience. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
