We liked the location of this room. We could get to everything in NYC easily! Great location. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so we requested the roll away bed. Beds were comfortable. Owner responded quickly when we didn’t have washcloths and there was a little leak in window from rain. The laundry facility wasn’t great, only 1 working washer and dryer. There were fires in Canada which made air quality not great, so we wanted to get a few workouts in at the gym in the building. That was a disappointment. 2 of the bikes were broken, the tread mill was wobbly and unsafe to walk or run on, some of the weight machines were broken. The water takes a long time to warm and doesn’t get super hot.
For the location, this was a great spot.

Location can't be beat-it was close to many desired activities. Apartment was small, hot water took a long while to get warm, only provided 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 3 people (5 night stay), 1 partial roll of toilet paper provided, floor in bathroom had cracked tiles with small pieces missing and a/c unit stopped working on second day. Maintenance was prompt to fix the a/c but host never responded to requests for more toilet paper and towels. We did get more toilet paper and 2 towels from Maintenance team on 3rd day.
