location was great and the room sizes are very good too
the staff was exceptionally uncooperative; in my years of travel, I have found the chk in staff highly cooperative allowing early chk in but this hotel has a staff strictly by the book. Don't come to reception before 3 pm. This was v irritating.
No drinking water, or kettle in the room - was a great put off.

The noise next to the street.

The location was great! The staff was friendly. The room was clean.
That they ignored all my requests at checkin, that I had asked for. The room was tiny. The staff was short and told us about a buffet that did not exist. Bring your own towels and washclothes they gave us one for 2 people. No fan in bathroom
