Excellent location, the Times Square just 1 min walk. The room was clean and quiet at night. Very kind and helpful staff.

Liked being on the 42nd floor.
The view was great.
Early check-in was appreciated.
Organisation of breakfast, which was awful! We had to go to the ground floor before being checked in then wait for a different lift to level 5. Then checked against by a very surly staff member before waiting again for a table. The breakfast was passable....just! Not good value for money and wouldn't do it again.
No tea or proper cups in our room. Only coffee and paper cups.
No assistance offered to get our suitcases to our room.
