La Petite was lovely, impeccably clean, and very tastefully decorated. The proximity to town is perfection. One note to those bringing a dog: the internal spiral staircase is narrow and could be treacherous from some dogs; our dog did not want to use it and even if she did, I wouldn't be comfortable with her using them to go downstairs. Fortunately, there is an outdoor staircase that leads to the bedroom/bathroom upstairs and that is what we used to take her upstairs at bedtime. It was inconvenient, but it worked.

This property had a lovely mini cottage feel! It was easy to walk to all of the shops, was super clean inside, and felt very cozy. The host, Mark, was easy to contact for any questions and checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we had a wonderful time. Check in was easy, and communication was great. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location - only a few short blocks to town. Very cute and clean with everything provided - even the Keurig coffee. Lots of windows, so the rooms are all very bright. Two decks for enjoying the surrounding forest, squirrels and Stellar's Jays. We definitely highly recommend the La Petite!
