About this apartment rental

The apartment (100 meters from the Manzoni Metro A station, 1 km from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, WHERE THE BELOVED POPE FRANCIS IS BURIED, 1.5 km from the Colosseum, and just a 13-minute metro ride from St. Peter’s (Cipro stop)) is simple yet equipped with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. The building is quiet, allowing you to rest peacefully after long, busy days of shopping and exploring art. And as soon as you wake up, you can open the electric shutters—even from the comfort of your bed—to enjoy an enviable view of the neo-Gothic church of Santa Maria Immacolata all’Esquilino.
The apartment, with walls so thick (80 cm) that they keep out the heat in summer and the cold in winter, features an elegant bedroom with a 32-inch Samsung Smart TV, a cozy living room with a work area, a dining table with chairs and a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet, accessed via a small hallway—all designed with elegance and practicality in mind. In addition, unlike many other downtown apartments that lack one, it features a spacious, sunny balcony where you can enjoy Rome’s mild climate.

Nice apartment in a local neighborhood with nice restaurants and cafes. The park near by is amazing during the day but not recommended at nighttime. Close to most Rome attractions, 15 minutes walk to the colosseum. The set up is a bit unusual for north American travelers like the hot water, electricity, gas for the stove and internet. However, Francesco provided good detailed instructions. It took us about 20 minutes to get set up. The place is nice with a large balcony which we loved. It is very good value. We loved our stay and the host is very helpful and easily reachable. I highly recommend this place if you want to be close to Rome tourist attractions at a good price.

Beautiful week in Rome. The apartment was clean. The location perfect for a walk to Colosseum, Termini Station and some tasty restaurants. Communication with a host at any time. Thanks man.

Nice little apartment in tv center of Rome. I only stayed to one night, but it was more than what I needed. I would stay again.
