Location: metro, bus, and streetcar stations right at the door. 5 min walk to next taxi stop. 15 min walk to Colisseum, we started most of our days by strolling down towards the Colisseum, with a 12 yo kid. We had late check in so I brought bit of coffee and some bread with me for the first night-next day breakfast, just in case. However there are supermarkets in the nearby, closing at 22h, a bakery opening at 6:30 am, cafés, restaurants, a small pizza-to-go place with wide opening times (Carmine&Gabriele)...
Apartment: Those are busy streets and avenues, the apartment is not super quiet but windows are good sound insulators. There is AC in all rooms but we didnt use it though outside was pretty hot for October. Apartment very clean, and as displayed in the pictures. Bed comfort is very personal but there were additional pillows with different hardness available. Also more than enough towels. The kitchen is well equiped, coffee machine and boiler are there. Big smart TV, and nice terrace on one side to enjoy evenings and early mornings when the city still sleeps, and a small balcony on the other side where we could hang our laundry.
Communication: aprox one day before arrival I got contacted via Whatsapp by Federica, who gave me all instructions to check-in. We held all comm that way, and she was always quick in replying and helpful. English is no problem.
There is a city tax to be paid either cash or paypal, have that in mind.
Have no concerns about too less opinions in booking.com. Federica and her team have other B&B around the corner and a large experience in hosting. They are not new in the business, only the posting in this platform is recent. I can guarantee this is not a scam.
As a recommendation (not a complaint), I would invest in the shower, to match the standards of the rest of the apartment. We found it very clean, but it could use some renovation and a bit more water pressure, if that would be even possible.

Departamento muy amplio, con todo lo necesario para una estadía prolongada. Tiene una hermosa terraza para disfrutar del atardecer de Roma, y la ubicación cerca de subtes y colectivos hace accesible llegar a todos los puntos turísticos.

Locație la gura de metrou Manzoni! Zonă liniștită, apartament spațios, curat, aer condiționat!
Noi am fost 2 adulti și 2 copii. Camere separate, perfect pentru un sejur reușit!
Ar fi fost minunat sa fie o cafea in apartament! Chiar si contracost.
