Wasn’t horrible but the beds were rock hard and the toilet kicked on and off all night. It was near much nicer options, however it did the job considering we were in the room solely for sleeping and served its purpose of being in walking distance to the colosseum. We never actually saw staff aside from when we went to find the “lobby” the morning we were leaving to see if we could wait inside for our car and it seemed we startled her and she did not want us to stay.

Location was good. Convenient to get anywhere with public transportation system. Room was good. Only complaint was the Air Conditioning. It was limited, I guess is the best way to say it. It would not get cold, only "cool". It would barely blow any air at all, only very low airflow. Would not have been so bad if it were not for the record heat wave with temps above 100 degrees Fahrenheit every day. Everything else was very good. Thank you!

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The most serious issue was that after being bit several times, by what we thought were mosquitos, we discovered bed bugs in our bed during our stay. We reported it immediately and were initially told by the staff to contact Hotels.com for a refund. However, after we checked out, the property refused to accept responsibility or approve the refund, despite us reporting the issue as soon as we discovered it and provided photos and videos. The property they were willing to give us 50% discount on our next stay, what a joke! The whole matter was awfully handled . Apart from this, the property fell far below our expectations. Calling it a "resort" is misleading, as there are no real facilities or common areas. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, with a musty smell, an extremely hard mattress, worn furniture, and a noisy environment. Even the entrance door could not be fully opened. Breakfast was a very small snack. It consisted of a coffee, a croissant, and a piece of fruit at a bar across the street. The only positives were the location and the staff. It is close to the metro. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall, I cannot recommend this property and would not stay here again.

Pictures of the rooms aren't accurate. Standard rooms are poor. We upgraded to deluxe which was just ok. The floor wasnt very clean and there was an odor of javel water when we entered. Location is very good. Metro just in the front and 2 stations from termini station.

Location was good, walking distance from the colosseum. The room was big, with kitchen and big bathroom. However the room window was next to a movement sensitive light and it was hard to sleep throughout the night with the light going off constantly as other guests were passing by.

Excellent location in the heart of city. Walking distance to Colloseum. Only problem is loud road traffic people noises even in the middle of night

Great location, located steps away from metro station and across the street from bus stop. Very easy to get to colosseum and other sites.

5 / 10·Jun 2026

Room was big, shower itself a little small, but overall, it was accommodating. A little further from the center city of Rome, but easy access to metro station, busses and taxis. 4 out of 5 stars, would recommend.
