This charming apartment is located on the second floor of a cozy private Palazzetto with a private stairs. The property has been recently restored with excellent finishes, decentral heating and air conditioning and wooden plank floor. It consists of entrance hall, living area with open plan kitchen, four elegant double bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twins. The living area consists of a dining area with table for 8 and a kitchen area equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwaves. The interiors of this elegant and refined apartment are a perfect combination of Italian styles from the past and the present. The rooms create a personal and unique atmosphere. The apartment also features two bathrooms with shower, in one there is a washing machine with a typical Venetian clothesline outside the window. The apartment is also equipped with the following amenities: satellite plasma TV, WI-FI, cot for babies, linen and final cleaning.

Owner of the property is exceptional. They helped me to coordinate my transport and waiting for us by water transport and even helping on our luggage to give us preliminary tour of Venice which was enough to know the area well. They even helped us to go to Milan and return to Venice . Amazing people. The property is very clean , Everyone room has AC and cool and bathroom are all clean and up to date. We were family of 7 and everyone had fun in this house. When you get out of the property there are great restaurants , store and gelato and pastry shops and coffee shop right there. Close to San Marcus square and academia. I highly recommend this property.

We loved our time in Venice at this great apartment just around the corner from a vibrant piazza. The four rooms were comfortable... the bathrooms were modern... and we found every amenity we needed. Big thanks to our hosts, who were so helpful. Maria called multiple water taxis for us, and Carlo met us at the train station to ensure we found our way to the docks. Carlo also gave us a tour of the local area: markets, restaurant recommendations, transportation. We felt very much at home and would happily stay here again.

This place is amazing! Great location and has AC! Carlo and Maria are fantastic hosts. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment and Carlo traveled over an hour from outside Venice to let us in. I insisted on paying him for his time and he refused to take it. Thank you Carlo! Top level service. I highly recommend this apartment. You will not be disappointed.

The property was clean and well maintained. We were there during the recent heat dome and the each room had A/C but older buildings in Venice have power limits, so the A/C struggled to keep up. It was nice having all the bedrooms so that we could accommodate our family and have some private space as well. The kitchen is tiny, really only room for one person and the family room space is also tiny, not really enough comfortable seating for a 4 BR place, but we made do. The decor is kind of funky, but the location was great, very close to the vaporetto station and an easy walk to most places in Venice. Our host Carlos met us at the vaporetto, walked us to the property, gave us some guidelines and then took us on a short tour of the neighborhood so we'd know where to get groceries, etc. They had also arranged a private water taxi but we had some communication issues so waited for over an hour. Might have been better just to arrange our own when we all arrived in Venice. Just small little things. I would recommend staying at this location.
