Very spacious and well situated apartment

I liked that the apartment was very spacious, clean and well situated. Right in the city centre and near the train station.

There were not enough towels.

Decepcionante

Buena ubicación, edificio elegante, anfitriona cordial (aunque no nos contactó hasta unas pocas horas de la entrada lo que nos tuvo bastamte intranquilos), nos permitieron dejar las maletas unas horas antes de la entrada, nos dejaron unas botellas de agua y unos zumos.

El piso está viejo y con muebles de hace décadas. La limpieza, al menos en nuestro caso, fue muy deficiente. El baño olía fatal y en la cocina la encimera estaba sucia, la mesa con migas y los estropajos usados y muy sucios. Los cabeceros de las camas con mucho polvo (una de nuestras hijas es alérgica) y cuando fuimos a limpiarlo con el aspirador que había en la casa... no tenía depósito. Es una pena porque el edificio es bonito y el apartamento tiene mucho potencial, pero le hace falta una actualización. Eso y veracidad en el anuncio, porque se anuncia como un piso de 2 habitaciones, una de ellas con 2 camas individuales y otra con 1 de matrimonio y 1 individual... pero la realidad es que se trata de un piso de 1 habitación + 1 baño, en el que se ha colocado un sofá a la entrada de la cocina para pretender que haga las veces también de zona de estar y con esa maniobra el salón original se ha reconvertido en dormitorio con una cama doble y una supletoria. En nuestro caso y sumado esto a la limpieza, nos sentimos francamente engañados porque precisamente cuando reservo viajando con nuestros 3 hijos busco siempre dos dormitorios y no me esperaba que en este caso uno de ellos fuera a costa de no tener salón. Con algo de inversión y más mimo sería un gran alojamiento para 2-3 personas e incluso 4, en modo alguno para 5 como éramos nosotros.

Casa molto grande, pulita e in posizione centrale, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo trovato il frigo con tante bibite a nostra disposizione , grazie per l’ospitalità…. Tornerei volentieri

Situación muy buena. Cerca de la estación de tren, y de la zona de ocio Nos recibió un familiar del anfitrión. Detalle de dejarnos la nevera llena de diferentes bebidas y fruta de cortesía

Un único baño para un grupo con bastantes cosas que mejorar. Ducha con poca agua caliente y con nada de fuerza en la presión. Muy mejorable en este aspecto Aunq llamamos al anfitrión q intentó solucionarlo no se pudo al menos durante nuestra estancia
